We find it unfair that you pay for the time we take to work on your requests. That is why we charge you for the number of tickets you have subscribed to in your plan. The time taken is our problem.
With every plan, you get a personalized interface through which you can track the progress and statuses of all your tickets. You can view the replies received to your tickets and stay updated all the time.
